We said some time ago that there would be very little in the way of exciting or interesting progress and we were right! No one can pretend that photographs of welded plates where once there were holes is a notable update but that's where we are. These were shown a couple of months ago, on the donor loco the traction motor cables used to pass through the floor here and on the recreated loco they're not used. They'll soon be hidden by the compressors and exhausters which will be fitted within a month or so.
