Just a quick update to acknowledge the many kind remarks and comments made (both in person at the event and by email, etc., afterwards) on the progress with the loco.

Many people took the time to come and visit our small display at Barrow Hill and the expressions of appreciation of what we are doing were both warm and encouraging.

Those people who looked at the slideshow at the event were able to see the changes dating from almost the beginning of the project right up to last week.

Even to the people involved in the Project it was rewarding to see how far we had come and be able to compare the look of the loco from five years ago (when the body was far from complete) to now.
